Every Team Plays Hearts like it’s a Cup Final - Frank Nuttall

Coach of Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak Frank Nuttall says his side faces stern competition from clubs in the Ghana Premier League.

Frank Nuttall joined the Phoians few days to the start of the Ghana Premier League with an impressive record of not losing a game in his career.

However, the Scotsman has already lost twice in charge of the former Ghanaian champions- losing to Aduana Stars in Dormaa and Tema Youth.

Frank Nuttall’s side recorded the big win of the season so far after beating arch rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko 1-0.

“I think for Hearts of Oak, every game is a difficult game because every team that comes and plays against plays Hearts is a Cup final. So, it’s a cup final and a national derby, off the back of derbies, it makes it very difficult. But that is part of the Job and we cope very well,” he said.

Accra Hearts of Oak will next travel to Berekum to play Chelsea, whose manager, Steve Polak was in the stands when they played Kotoko.
