Accra Hearts of Oak have asked former defender Sammy Addo to assist interim coach Yaw Preko for their remaining three Ghana Premier League games.
Addo who is relatively not known when it comes to coaching is a surprise choice for that role.
Preko has taken over the club in interim bases following managements’ decision to demote coach Sergio Traguil to the youth team.
Hearts are winless in their last seven games, a situation which has seen them drop 4th on the standings with 42 points.
Preko and Addo will be in the dugout for their next league game with Medeama SC.
