Youngster Kelvin Yeboah gives insight on his relationship with Ghana legendary Anthony Yeboah

Impressive Ghanaian forward, Kelvin Yeboah has given an insight into his relationship with legendary Black Stars player Anthony Yeboah to address reports that he is his son.

The WSG Tirol attacker has been tagged as the son of the former Ghanaian striker by several reports in the media.

Speaking in an interview with German soccer magazine, 'Kicker', Kelvin Yeboah has clarified the speculation by revealing that Anthony Yeboah is just his uncle and not his father.

According to him, his closeness to the uncle makes him call him daddy and that is why probably people think he is his father.

"I call Tony Daddy, he's like a father. He gives me important advice”, Kelvin Yeboah shard.

Meanwhile, sporting director for WSG Tirol, Stefan Köck has expressed his surprise to the recent revelation by the player whiles citing that they always thought otherwise.

"We did not know that. We must smile about this story. Because even at the club no one had ever suspected.

“Kelvin himself has always called him Daddy, Daddy, Daddy”.

He added, "He did not come to us and pointed out that he is the son of Anthony Yeboah, so I do not care.

"And if Maier Franz were his father now, that would not matter, the main thing is that he plays well”.

The youngster continues to shine in the Austrian Bundesliga for his WSG Tirol side and has already established himself as one of the top-performing players in the division.
