Fatau Dauda named as Legon Cities assistant goalkeeper's trainer

According to Ghanasportscenter.com goalkeeper, Fatau Dauda has been named as the assistant goalkeeper's trainer at Premier League side Legon Cities FC.

The Royals began their preseason workouts in Ghana today, ahead of the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League season.

Fatau is now a member of the technical team for Legon Cities, which is led by Maxwell Konadu.

After a successful stint with Nigerian team Enyimba, the former Ghana No. 1 returned to the Ghana Premier League.

He joined Legon Cities FC and became the club's captain and No. 1 goalkeeper.

At the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, Dauda was the Black Stars' first-choice goalkeeper, and he appeared in three matches at the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals.

He previously played for Orlando Pirates in South Africa and Chippa United in the Premier Soccer League.
