FC Dallas duo Francis Atuahene and Emmanuel Twumasi donate to Osu Children's Home

Ghanaian duo Francis Takyi Atuahene and Emmanuel Twumasi donated food items including two bags of rice, cooking oil, soft drinks and Toilet roll to the Osu Children's Home in Accra on Thursday.

The pair, who plies their trade with MLS side FC Dallas, also donated footballs and jerseys to the orphanage.
 
The two highly-rated youngsters hail from Accra in the Greater Region.
Presenting the items to the orphanage, Atuahene, 22, who is a Right to Dream Academy graduate, said he was touched by the plight of the children and decided to help provide some of their basic needs to improve on their well-being.
The Ghanaian forward also edged the children to take their education seriously in order to become responsible citizens in the country.
The Headmistress of the orphanage who received the items thanked Atuahene and Twumasi for the kind gesture.
She asked the staff and children to continue to pray for the football stars and also used the occasion to appeal to individuals and organizations to come to the aid of the school, particularly to improve the road network in the school.
On 19 January 2018, Atuahene was selected 4th overall in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft by FC Dallas, who traded $200,000 of General Allocation Money to Montreal Impact for the SuperDraft pick.
On 2 March 2018, he was loaned to United Soccer League side Oklahoma City Energy. He made his debut on 17 March 2018, scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win over Tulsa Roughnecks.
On the other hand, Twumasi was selected 11th overall in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft by FC Dallas on January 19, 2017.On 2 March 2018, he was loaned to United Soccer League side Oklahoma City Energy. He made his debut on 17 March 2018, appearing as a 60th-minute substitute in a 1–0 win over Tulsa Roughnecks.
