Left-back Abdul Ibrahim is the latest signing for the Liga Revelacao side Futebol Clube de Famalicão.
The 21-year-old signed a contract that runs until the end of the 2022/2023 season.
Ibrahim arrived in Portugal in 2017 to play in the youth side of Desportivo de Chaves, the club that scouted and discovered him at the WAFA Academy. Abdul Ibrahim remained in Trás-os-Montes until the end of last season, during which time he worked for the Flavians' satellite team, which competed in the Portuguese Championship.
Speaking to Futebol Clube de Famalicão he said
"Signing for Futebol Clube de Famalicão is another important step in my career. I know the project that the club outlined and I am very excited to help the club continue its upward process in Portuguese football," he added.
Ibrahim made two appearances in the Taça de Portugal Placard competition playing the full minutes on each occassion.
