Ghanaian international Winful Cobbinah has shared that he is ready for a call-up to play for the Black Stars when national assignments come around after the Coronavirus (Covid1-9) break.

The FK Tirana talisman has been exceptional for his club in the Albanian top-flight league this season and continues to prove why he is a key asset for the side.

In his last two matches, he has found the back of the net twice to help his club pick up maximum points in the division.

Speaking to Kumasi-based Fox FM today, Winful Cobbinah has explained the reason behind his recent staggering form in Albania.

“I think one reason that explains my good form is due to the break we had after the Coronavirus broke out. I spent enough time resting and training”, the former Hearts of Oak attacker said.

On playing for the national team, Winful Cobbinah said, "I am ever ready for a Black Stars call-up. My form has been good based on self-confidence and discipline".

This season, the Ghanaian has 7 goals and 2 assist for FK Tirana after playing 27 games in the Albanian top-flight league.
