According to the former Ghana Premier League goal king the Phobians have been more consistent and in better shape than the Porcupine Warriors.

Despite his enormous love for the Reds, the striker who played most of his football in Egypt is convinced the capital based club are favourites for the FA Cup trophy.

“I’m a die hard Kotoko fan but I think Hearts are favourites going into this game because of their consistency and their form in the league.

“But this is the time Kotoko boys have to prove them wrong and they should have in mind that after this game there is nothing to please the fans with, because the fans are mad with them.

“So it’s a good opportunity to reward their fans and there should be no excuse, ” Bekoe said on the Football Legends Night Show.

The winner of the MTN FA Cup will represent Ghana at the CAF Confederations Cup next season.

Meanwhile, the two sides have faced each other a couple of times this season with Kotoko snatching the President Cup from their arch rivals.
