Forward Sadat Karim reacts to brace heroics in Al-Qaisumah’s defeat against Jeddah in Saudi Arabia

Ghanaian international Sadat Karim has reacted to his brace in Al-Qaisumah’s despite defeat against Jeddah in the Saudi Arabia First Division.

The former Hearts of Oak striker scored twice for his outfit on home turf but it was enough as they succumbed to a 3-2 defeat in the week 12 of the Saudi second-tier league on Monday.

After the game, the 32-year-old forward took to social media to express gratitude for his brace heroics despite their defeat.

Al-Qaisumah were handed an early scare after Algeria international Rida Bensayah gave Jeddah the lead after 20 minutes into the game.

Saudi Arabia international Aqeel Al Sahbi scored to double the advantage for the visitors in the much-anticipated clash as they went to the break with the advantage.

After the break, the Ghanaian forward exhibited his goalscoring prowess by a brace in the 51st and 75th minute marks respectively to draw the home level in the game.

But Rida Bensayah scored his second goal of the match to deal win for the visitors in the thrilling enoucnter.

The 32-year-old Ghanaian forward joined the club in August 2023 after ending his stay with Apollon Smyrnis.

He has managed three goals in 10 appearances in the Saudi First Division so far this season.
