Medeama’s midfield dynamo Kwesi Donsu is worried about his neglect from the Black Stars despite his impressive performance in the just ended Ghana Premier League.
Donsu was arguably the best midfielder in the Ghana Premier League last season netting 15 goals which included 10 free kicks but was overlooked by Coach Avram Grant for the 2018 World Cup Qualifiers against Uganda and Egypt.
Many pundits believe Donsu is good enough to feature for the Ghana Senior National Team that has lacked creativity in midfielder and has also failed to score from the many set-pieces gained their last five matches.
“Everywhere you go, everyone is singing my name due to the good work I put up on the field.”
“I’m still working hard to gain enough support from Ghanaians so that when my national team call-up finally arrives, I will enjoy more support.”
“I think I have put in enough work to play at the highest level but if the big men with the Black stars think otherwise, I will have to keep working hard.” He said.
