Ghana 4th highest in the increase of player sales globally for the past year – CEIS

Ghana sits fourth on the list of countries that has seen a significant increase in the number of player sales globally for the past year according to data provided by International Centre for Sports Studies (CEIS).

The CIES over the years have provided credible sports statistics and are regarded as a top Organisation all over the world.

In the latest report from the firm, it has been disclosed that Ghana’s increase in the export of talent makes the country the second highest Africa exporter of talents.

In addition, the West African country has is fourth on the list of countries that have seen increase in player sales globally between 2020 and 2021.

France made the most sales followed by Belgium and Germany before Ghana. Nigeria, Ivory, Japan and England follow in that order.

In the summer transfer window, more Ghana players are expected to be transferred in the various leagues in Europe.
