Ghana striker, Jordan Ayew has been voted Man of the Match after his display for Crystal Palace in the win against West Ham United on Saturday.

The experienced forward starred with a goal to help the Eagles to see off the hammers.

In a statement from Crystal Palace, it has confirmed that at the end of the polls to select the Man of the Match winner, Jordan Ayew is the winner.

“After a superb team display in Crystal Palace's 4-3 win over West Ham United on Saturday, you've voted Jordan Ayew as your Mukuru Man of the Match!

“The Palace No. 9 enjoyed an excellent all-round game at Selhurst Park, opening Palace's scoring on the afternoon by providing a quickfire equaliser soon after the visitors had taken an early lead.

“Ayew was heavily involved in plenty of Palace's strong attacking link play, producing two key passes, a passing accuracy of 91.7 percent, and an impressive 74 touches of the ball.

“With the entire team shining in the victory, Ayew won 32.1 percent of your votes, with fellow goalscorers Ebere Eze (17 percent) and Jeffrey Schlupp (14.9 percent) also attracting acclaim,” the release from Crystal Palace via its website said on Sunday, April 30.

After his goal against West Ham United, Jordan Ayew now has four goals this season in the English Premier League.
