Ghana international, Lawrence Ati-Zigi has hailed fans of FC St. Gallen for the support to help him succeed.
The goalkeeper joined the Swiss Super League club in the January transfer window in a move from French lower-tier outfit Sochaux.
Since his arrival at the club, Lawrence Ati-Zigi has been a hit and is currently regarded as one of the best shot-stoppers in the Swiss top-flight league.
Speaking in a recent interview, the Black Stars goalkeeper has credited fans of FC St. Gallen for his success while noting that they have been very supportive.
"You made me feel right from the start that I was not a stranger, but one of them. Yes, I miss the fans very much,” Lawrence Ati-Zigi said in an interview as quoted on blick.ch.
This season, Lawrence Ati-Zigi has featured in all 32 matches of FC St. Gallen and will be key for the side in the final games of the season.
