Ghanaian midfielder Salis Abdul Samed happy to score debut goal for Lens in heavy win over Lorient

Ghanaian international Salis Abdul Samed  is delighted to have scored his first goal for Lens in their heavy win over Lorient in French Ligue 1 on Wednesday.

The midfielder netted his side's fourth goal in the 5-2 thrashing of Lorient at the Stade Ballaert-Dellelis.

“Big game and big result tonight, congratulations to the whole team and thank you very much to the supporters. Very happy to score my first goal of the season” he tweeted.

The 22-year-old Ghanaian joined Lens this summer after an outstanding spell last term at Clermont Foot.

He has played all five matches in the Ligue 1 this campaign and has scored once in the process.
