Ghanaian referee Rita Nkansah to officiate clash between Delta Queens and USFA

Elite Ghanaian referee, Rita Nkansah has been appointed to handle the encounter between Delta Queens and USFA in the WAFU Zone B Women’s Champions League qualification match.

This has been confirmed through a communique on the website of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

“Ghana’s elite referee, Rita Nkansah Boateng will serve as fourth Official in the opening game of the West Africa Zone B (WAFU B) Women’s championship League qualifier between Delta Queens (NIG) and USFA of Burkina Faso,” the communique said.

Rita Nkansah is a young Ghanaian referee who attained her FIFA badge early last year,

She will be expected to bring to bear experiences gathered so far from officiating in the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League and other international games.

She will officiate the match with support from compatriot Samira Naa Korkoi Ghartey of the GFA’s Competitions Department who has been appointed as General Coordinator.

Meanwhile, communications guru Ibrahim Sannie Daara will serve as Media Officer for the game.
