Black Stars defender Gideon Mensah returned to Bordeaux's first team training ahead of weekend clash with Strasbourg in Ligue 1.
The Ghanaian defender had a full training with his teammates on Saturday and could feature in Bordeaux’s team as they take on Strasbourg.
The former Strum Graz defender was part of the Black Stars squad at the Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon but he did not feature in the three group games played in Group C.
The Black Stars of Ghana finish in last place in Group C, behind Morocco, Gabon, and debutants Comoros.
Defender Gideon Mensah joined the Ligue 1 side on loan last summer from Red Bull Salzburg.
He has made 10 appearances in the Ligue 1 this season for the Bordeaux based club.
