The National Chapters Committee has noted their readiness to troop to the Accra Stadium to support their team on Sunday.
Hearts will begin the second round of the season with a home game against Dreams FC who they drew one all in the corresponding fixture at the Theater of Dreams in Dawu.
The good news for the Phobians however is, fans can get to watch this game at the Accra Stadium after serving their three-home empty stadium ban.
Hearts were punished by the Ghana Football Association Disciplinary Committee following their fans violent behaviour in a game with All Stars at the Accra Stadium.
