Hearts of Oak will not end 2021/22 football season trophyless - W.O. Tandoh

Welfare manager of Hearts of Oak, W. O Tandoh, has assured fans of the club that they will not end the 2021/22 Ghana football season trophyless.

The Phobians have lost the trophy to their rivals, Asante Kotoko.

Hearts of Oak despite their poor season have managed to find their way out to the finals of the MTN FA Cup.

Samuel Boadu and his side will play against Bechem United at the Baba Yara Stadium.

According to Tandoh, who is a former Aduana Stars coach has insisted that they will do anything possible to win the FA Cup and the Super Cup.

"I want to assure the Hearts of Oak fans that we will not end the campaign trophyless," he told Accra-based Asempa FM.

"We will play against Bechem United in the MTN FA Cup final and I am assuring them that we will that trophy and the Super Cup.

"It has been a tough season for us but we will not end the season trophyless.

"The technical team have held a discussion after the Great Olympics defeat and we are ensuring we win our last game of the season and the MTN FA Cup against Bechem United," he added.

Hearts of Oak will play their final game of the Ghana Premier League season against Real Tamale United at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
