Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for HeartsOfOak, Frederick N.K Moore says he knows the type of football runned in Ghana and where his outfit needs to be placed.

A day after his appointment as the man to step into the managerial role of the club after Mark Noonan tendered in his signature, he granted an interview with Sikka Sports revealing that he is ready to steer affairs of the Continental club masters in ensuring the club is lifted to where it belongs.

"The news came as no surprise because I have been a Phobian since day one"I know we are not where we used to be but am convinced things will change".

" I know Ghana football and understand where we (Hearts of Oak) need to be and the direction we need to go"There are measures and I have done it in a lot of organizations", Frederick Moore stated.

" I am passionate about football and with my presence at Hearts, I believe we can do better "I am assuring commitment in raising the Oak tree again".

He added that, not only will Hearts of Oak be lifted in Ghana but in Africa as a continent, to it glory days."What I can assure supporters is, a Phobian is back and we are heading towards the top not only in Ghana but at international levels".

Mark Noonan resigned after a year stint with the Phobians having resumed office in March 1, 2018.
