Former Asante Kotoko forward Stephen Amankona has confirmed talks with Hearts of Oak whiles expressing to join the club.
Amankona made a return to Berekum Chelsea on a permanent deal in January after failing to hit the ground running at Asante Kotoko.
The 23-year-old showed glimpses of good performances with Chelsea in the second half of the campaign after returning to the club.
The forward in an interview disclosed talks between him and Hearts of Oak over a possible move whiles expressing readiness to join the club this window.
"Yes, some of their leaders, including Samuel Inkoom, have held talks with me," in an interview with Ghanasportspage.com.
"Accra Hearts of Oak is a big club, and I'm ready. The most important thing is the deal. If the deal is good, I will join them."
