Impact host Toronto FC

There's an all-Canadian match up on hand on Saturday evening as the Montreal Impact welcome in Toronto FC to the Saputo Stadium.

Montreal are currently tied for third with Atlanta United in the Eastern Conference as the two teams chase the Philadelphia Union and DC United ahead of them in the standings.

The Impact have lost two straight, falling 3-2 to Minnesota United and 2-1 to Atlanta in their last couple of outings. Moreover Montreal has played 21 games so far this season, four more than New York City FC who sit just a point behind the Impact in the Conference.

Toronto arrives in town in eighth place, one position outside the playoff places. The Reds are also winless in their last two, although in the case of the visitors that includes a draw with DC United along with their defeat to the Los Angeles Galaxy last time out.

The Impact are 6/4 for the win with the draw 12/5 and Toronto 17/10.

Table-toppers Philadelphia Union are in Salt Lake City as they take on Real Salt Lake. The Union have a four point lead over DC United after United rallied from two goals down to draw with the New England Revolution on Friday evening.

Leonardo Jara and Quincy Amarikwa were on target for the hosts after Teal Bunbury and Carles Gil had given the Revolution the early advantage.

Over in the Western Conference, LAFC increased their lead over the LA Galaxy to 12 points. LAFC got the better of the Houston Dynamo, 3-1 in Houston while the Galaxy were losing at home, also by a 3-1 score line, to the San Jose Earthquakes.
