According to footballghana checks, Ghanaian international Emmanuel Adjei Sowah will stay with Belgian giants RSC Anderlecht until the winter transfer window despite his injury-prone situation.

The youngster’s stint at the club has been full of injuries dating back to 2 years with the recent one keeping him out of action for an unspecified period of time.

The right-back is now being considered for a transfer away from the club but it is understood that move will not happen in the summer transfer window.

Officials of RSC Anderlecht has decided to monitor his situation until winter but it is likely his injury-prone situation which has become a worry will force the club to sanction his transfer if any club expresses interest in the next window.

Adjei Sowah, 21, had a successful operation two weeks ago and is currently nursing his injury in hopes of recovering earlier than feared.

He has not really featured for the side since suffering the devastating injury in 2017.
