Injury-prone Kwadwo Asamoah no more in the future plans of Inter Milan

Ghanaian versatile player, Kwadwo Asamoah is no more in the future plans of Italian Serie A side Inter Milan, checks according to footballghana.com has revealed.

The left-wing-back joined the Nerazzurri in 2018 after enjoying 6 successful years with Juventus which saw him win successive Serie A titles.

He enjoyed a good campaign with Inter Milan at the start of the 2019/2020 season but due to recurring injuries, he has been forced to warm the bench on a number of occasions.

Kwadwo Asamoah’s injury woes have not only gone against him but, it has also affected the club in so many ways. They missed him in the final matches of the Uefa Champions League group stage and manager Antonio Conte was also forced to rely on the youth in most Serie A games which didn’t produce the desire results.

With the summer transfer window coming up, information being picked up has indicated that Kwadwo Asamoah will be shown the exit door as he is no more in the future plans of the Milan-based club.

It is understood that he is being chased by several Turkish clubs and could end up playing in the Super Lig next season after the Coronavirus pandemic ends.

This season, Asamoah has made 11 appearances and has chipped in with 1 assist.
