Inusah Musah: Ghanaian defender a doubt for Petro de Luanda’s clash against Recreativo this weekend

Ahead of match week 14 of the Angola top-flight league, Ghanaian international Inusah Musah remains a doubt for Petro de Luanda as they gear up for their clash against Recreativo Do Lobolo.

The two clubs are billed to face each other on Saturday at Estadio 11 de Novembro as they seek for 3 points to better their respective standings on the Girabola.

Inusah Musah, a former Hearts of Oak center-back has been down with injury since picking up a knock in his side’s CAF Champions League match against USM Algiers last weekend and has not trained since Monday.

In line with that, the 25-year-old might be forced to sit out of tomorrow’s game to continue his road to returning to full fitness.

Confirming the player’s situation, Petro de Luanda coach Toni Cosano has shared, “We have some injured players who are not 100 percent physically, but the doctor will talk about these later. Others are tired and have many minutes of play”.

The Ghanaian has been a key player in the setup of Petro Luanda and his services will be hugely missed if he is not able to feature against Recreativo Do Lobolo.
