Ghanaian striker John was on target for his club side Misr El Maqasa as they defeated Aswan 2-0 in the Egyptian top flight.
The on-loan striker scored the opener in the 28 minute before Ahmed Abdel-Zaher added the second ten minutes later.
The goal by Antwi was his fourth since joining the team on loan from Al Ahly this season.
