Division Two side Kaakyire FC have appointed Ghanian trainer Ibrahim Mariga as new head coach.
Kaakyire offered him a short-term contract subjected to renewal per statistics and team results. His contract will last for a year and three months.
Coach Meriga is however expected to commence training with the club on Monday, 4 February 2019.
He guided the Okwahu based club to the MTN FA Cup finals but lost painfully to Bechem United at the Cape Coast stadium in 2016.
