Dreams FC's Ofori McCarthy has voiced his excitement about collaborating with Head Coach Abdul Karim Zito as they gear up for the forthcoming second-leg clash against Zamalek on Sunday.

Their alliance traces back to 2021, a year marked by their joint success during the Black Satellites' conquest at the U-20 AFCON in Mauritania.

Currently, they stand on the cusp of clinching a berth in the CAF Confederation Cup finals, contingent upon securing a favorable outcome against Zamalek.

McCarthy, in anticipation of the pivotal encounter in Kumasi, commended Zito and offered further insights to Citi Sports regarding their journey in the competition thus far.

"It’s a pleasure working under him [Abdul Karim Zito] because he has seen it all. He’s a good coach with a lot of experience."
