King Faisal set to part ways with 15 players

King Faisal are set to part ways with 15 players ahead of the second round of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season following their poor performances at club.

The Kumasi-based side will terminate the contracts of these players as they set sights on signing 10 new players to augment the squad.

The 15 players have failed to hit the ground running since their arrival at the club and are currently deemed surplus to requirement.

King Faisal have made a poor start to the season as they languish at the bottom of the league table with only five points after 12 matches thus far.

The rebuilding process has already begun with the club completing the signing of Evans Owusu from Asante Kotoko on a six-month loan deal for the second round of the Ghana Premier League.
