King Faisal striker Zubairu Ibrahim is confident of his side making impact in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League campaign.
The Isha Allah boys ended Kotoko’s unbeaten run with a 3-2 win in matchday 6 of the domestic top-flight on Sunday.
Zubairu Ibrahim bagged a hat-trick to propel his side to victory and are currently joint top with the Porcupine Warriors.
Speaking after the game, Ibrahim expressed his delight about the hat-trick against Kotoko and is confident his outfit can make impact this season.
“I believed we could play against Kotoko considering our performance in our first three matches”
“I will thank God for this, scoring a hat-trick against a big team like Kotoko excites me. Looking at how things are going, I believe King Faisal can do something his season” he said.
Zubairu has scored four goals this season.
