Former Ghana coach Kwasi Appiah has told his club in Sudan Al-Khartoum of his possible exit from the team.
According to local media reports, Appiah who has been shortlisted out of respect informed the club he could be leaving the side for the Ghana coaching job.
Appiah has emerged as the frontrunner for the job as ex players and current players have publicly declared their support for him.
A new coach for the Black Stars is expected to be named early April.
