Ghanaian international, Kwesi Okyere Wriedt found the back of the net on Monday evening to help Bayern Munich II post a 2-1 win over Hallescher FC in the German 3rd Liga.

The victors played as the away side but had enough firepower to ensure they walk away with all three points at the end of the day.

Okyere Wriedt made his side’s early dominance count in as early as the 5th minute when he shot them in front following a good sequence of passing plays.

The home side grew in their strides after that equalizer and pulled level on the 18th-minute courtesy a strike from American forward Terrence Boyd with an assist from Bjorn Jopek.

Bayern Munich II kept their calm and scored the winning goal of the game in the second half through defender Lar Lukas Mai on the 66th minute.

Kwesi Okyere Wriedt continues to stay on top of form for his club but is yet to break into the first team of the German Bundesliga champions.

The 25-year-old attacker has scored five goals in five matches for the Bavarians in the 3rd Liga this season.
