Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil, the latest addition to the Los Angeles Galaxy, expressed his amazement at the unique feat achieved by him and his teammates Riqui Puig and Gabriel Pec in their recent 4-3 victory over San Jose Earthquake in the California Derby.

This marks the first time that the trio, affectionately dubbed 'PPP', has scored in the same game since Paintsil joined the team this season from KRC Genk in the Belgian league.

Paintsil, who contributed a goal and an assist to the Galaxy's win, shared his thoughts on the PPP's performance in a post-game interview. He praised Puig's ball skills and ability to create opportunities for other players, particularly the defenders, and highlighted Pec's impressive playmaking abilities.

"Having Riqui with the ball make differences for the other players especially the defenders, because he sees the way I run," Paintsil said.

"Pec, as you can see he also knows how to do his thing. We three, scoring goals is an amazing thing especially the PPP on the score sheet is truly amazing and we hope for more," he added.

Paintsil has made a strong start to his debut Major League Soccer (MLS) campaign, scoring four goals and providing four assists in just nine games.
