Stories linking Neymar to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu refuse to go away, despite denials from all those in power at the Parc des Princes.
"Perhaps PSG is a step before signing for Real Madrid, time will tell," he explained in an interview at the Web Sport Congress.
"He was at a point in his career where he wanted to win the Ballon d'Or, he needed to go to a club where he was the star.
"I feel bad that Neymar is injured, he is an important player and PSG will miss him in trying to overturn the 3-1 deficit."
