Clubs are currently preparing for the Ghana Premier League which will start next month, Legon Cities clashed with Division One side Accra Young Wise FC in a preseason friendly game.
The game was played at the Vision Park in Pantang, Accra and the Division One side beat Legon Cities 2-1.
Both teams used this opportunity to prepare for their domestic campaigns, Legon Cities in particular will use this defeat as a wake-up call because of their performance in the 19/20 Ghana Premier League which was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Legon Cities have singed some players to boost their squad with Asamoah Gyan been the high profile player to join their ranks in the ongoing transfer window.
Legon Cities will face Berekum Chelsea at home in their first Ghana Premier League game.
