Ghana Premier League side, Legon Cities FC have completed the signing of striker Richmond Antwi.

The capital-based club has struggled to compete this season although recent results have been somewhat positive.

With head coach Bashir Hayford keen on strengthening his team to ensure he turn things around for the better in the second half of the 2020/2021 football season, he is looking at bringing in reinforcement.

Today, sources have confirmed that Legon Cities FC has completed the signing of former Al-Merrikh SC forward Richmond Antwi.

The young forward last year left the Sudanese outfit and has since been looking for a club.

Before opting to sign for Legon Cities FC though, he was reportedly on the verge of signing for a South African club.

Antwi, 20, has inked a three-year contract with the Royals and expected to help the team with goals to ensure they escape relegation at the end of the Ghana Premier League season.
