Free agent Nicholas Gyan is set to join Ghana Premier League club Legon Cities FC in the Ghana Premier League's second transfer window.

The Ghana Football Association announced that the transfer window will open on 16th March and the Royals are looking to take advantage by bolstering their attacking options.

The 21 year old trained with South Africa side Uthongathi FC two months ago but failed to secure a deal and has returned to Ghana and yet to play for any club.

He also trained with Black Leopards in South Africa after leaving Simba FC in the summer of 2018.

According to reports, officials of Legon Cities FC have reached the advanced stage of negotiations for him. Legon Cities view him as the man to help them survive.

Gyan played for Ebusua Dwarfs and also had a fruitful stint with Simba FC in Tanzania where he helped them to two league trophies.
