Liverpool will make a club record transfer budget available to manager Jurgen Klopp this summer.
The Sunday World says Klopp will be handed a transfer budget in excess of £100m.
Victory over Middlesbrough on Sunday clinched Champions League qualification for Liverpool.
Klopp stated at the final whistle he will be discussing transfer targets this morning with football director Michael Edwards.
The German said last week, "Liverpool is a really interesting prospect for players that might come to this club and Champions League would be the icing on the cake."
