The goal scored by the Roma midfielder in the 20 March match against Lazio was the most voted for by fans on Lega Serie A's official social channels.
Pellegrini's perfect free-kick beat Ismael Bennacer's volley from the edge of the box in the match between AC Milan and Cagliari on 19 March.
