Lyon are pushing to sign Celta Vigo midfielder Papa Diop.
Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas is in the market for a new midfield signing before the transfer deadline falls after losing Corentin Tolisso (Bayern Munich) and Maxime Gonalons (Napoli) this summer.
Le Progres says his search has led him to Diop, who is also a major target for Tottenham.
