Manchester United and Liverpool are BLANKING the U21 Euros in Poland this month.

The Daily Mail says United and Liverpool are among seven Premier League clubs to have opted not to send scouts to the European Under-21 Championship finals this summer in Poland.

A total of 13 Premier League clubs will turn to the tournament as part of their summer search for recruitment, but United and Liverpool join Manchester City among those not represented.

Top flight newcomers Brighton & Hove Albion are also looking elsewhere for potential new signings, with Burnley, West Ham and Swansea sending their scouts on different missions.

Borussia Dortmund, however, have earmarked Euro 2017 as an opportunity to invest heavily in the future, with seven scouts heading to Poland.
