Manchester United defender, Timothy Fosu-Mensah may soon sign a new contract after recovering from a knee ligament.

The young defender was loaned to Crystal Palace two seasons ago , where he played a total of 24 games. During the past season, Fosu-Mensah was in the form of a loan to Fulham .

But an injury came to put an end to its good momentum. The Manchester United player suffered a ligament injury to one knee.

Fosu-Mensah has been sidelined for seven months after suffering a ligament injury to one, although his rehabilitation seems to be on track.

According to information, the Red Devils have made the decision to offer him an extension of the contract, since his lease ends at the end of the year.

Fosu-Mensah, 21, has played 21 official matches with the pros.
