Manchester United outcast Memphis Depay has admitted that he isn't sure what the future holds for him at Old Trafford, after Everton manager Ronald Koeman admitted his interest in the Dutchman.

Memphis moved to United from PSV Eindhoven for £26m last summer but has failed to make a real impactin the Premier League - and the change of manager at Old Trafford hasn't changed that.

He said:I do not know, we'll have to see.I focus on United, I do my very best to be able to get minutes.I'm going back to United with a good feeling, because I have got minutes here and we won. That is the most important thing.

Also speaking over the weekend, Koeman admitted of the exciting forward:"I would like to have him.I think he is an interesting player. He has great individual qualities. He just needs to play games."

Curiously, Everton's Twitter account also updated their followers when the United man netted his first goal - a move which split opinion on the social media website between those who saw the tweet as a sign of the club's interest in signing the Dutchman and those who believed the club was just updating their fans on a game in which their goalkeeperMaarten Stekelenburg was playing in.

Former Eredivisie Golden Boot winner Memphis has played just 20 minutes of league action for United this season, with a pair of substitute appearances in the Europa League and a solitary EFL Cup start rounding off his limited game-time.
