Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has praised midfielder Sami Khedira as an "exceptional player" after the German added to his goal versus Fiorentina with another against Lazio on top of a solid performance.
Khedira inspired Juventus to their second win of the season after scoring the only goal in the Old Lady's 1-0 victory over Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday, and Allegri has praised the 29-year-old for his performances and for the qualities he possesses.

"All great players have to feel well," Allegri told Sky Sport Italia and as quoted inFourFourTwo in regards to Khedira's fitness after he only managed to make 20 league appearances last season because of injury.
"He's a great professional like all the guys I have available here. He's an exceptional player; few have his power."
The game between Juventus and Lazio was played in extreme heat in Rome, with the referee allowing a water break midway through the first 45 minutes, and Allegri was pleased with what he saw from his team considering the conditions of the game.
"We are not at our best, but it is only the second game of the season," the former AC Milan manager originally stated.
"It was unthinkable to play a complete 90 minutes in this heat. Lazio started strong, but we were improved from a technical perspective after half-time.
Juventus' next Serie A game is against Sassuolo at the Juventus Stadium on 11 September before they kick off their Champions League campaign on 14 September when Sevilla make the trip to Turin.
