Angers president Said Chabane admits offers are arriving for Pepe and they're prepared to sell.
Foot Mercato says Newcastle and Lille are moving for the forward.
"Only Nicolas Pépé has a good transfer this summer. He's going to leave considering the offers that are coming right now. I think he's going to leave," said Chabane.
"I had asked for €10 million this winter. Today we received two offers and the two offers are slightly above €10 million."
