Defender Nicholas Opoku says there is a good atmosphere in the dressing room of Amiens SC even though there are a lot of players that speak different languages.

The defender joined the French Ligue 2 outfit in the latter part of the closing of the summer transfer window on loan from Udinese but has still managed to establish himself as a key member of the team and continues to play as a starter every match week.

As the season continues, many have eyes on how the team with different places from different countries will cope.

Opening up on the atmosphere in the locker room of the Amiens SC team, Nicholas Opoku says they understand each other very well.

“70% of the players speak English, we try to learn French but it's complicated. Everyone understands each other in the locker room, that's the main thing. I speak Italian with some players, English with others,” the Black Stars asset said in an interview.

He continued, “The most important thing is that the group lives well, we have a good atmosphere in the locker room. Conversations, on and off the pitch go smoothly.”
