Nicholas Opoku determined to develop during loan stint at Amiens SC

Ghana international, Nicholas Opoku says he is focused on continuing his development during his loan spell with Amiens SC.

The defender prior to the closure of the summer transfer window sealed a second loan spell to the French Ligue 2 side in a move that saw him moving from Italian Serie A outfit Udinese.

At Amiens SC, the centre-back has impressed and remains one of the key players for the team in the ongoing season.

Speaking to Romain PECHON in an interview, Nicholas Opoku says in the midst of the difficult spell the club is going through, he remains committed to doing his best to help the team to ensure he personally develops his game.

“People can see my qualities, how I play. Of course the results of the team are not good, but I remain focused on my personal development and on my way of helping the team to progress,” the Black Stars asset shared.

This season, Nicholas Opoku has played in 11 matches for Amiens SC and has one assist to his name.
