Nuru Yakubu resigns as head coach of Real Republikans

Madina-based Division Two side Real Republikans have been dealt a huge blow following the resignation of their head coach Nuru Yakubu.

The young gaffer tendered in his resignation on Thursday after talks with the management of the club.

Without detailing why he is resigning from the position, Nuru cited personal reasons for his action.

Nuru, a former forward for Great Olympics is a CAF Licensed B coach who has been with the club for over three years.

FootballMadeInGhana.com, however, understands that former WAFA deputy coach, Tuah Khamis has been appointed as the club’s new coach.
