The Porcupine Warriors have been very busy in this transfer window and has managed to complete the signing of as many as 11 players. According to reports, they are still in the market and could sign more players in the coming days.

Speaking in an interview with Oyerepa FM, General Manager for the club, Mr. George Amoako has revealed that the squad they have submitted to CAF includes 9 of their new signings out of which Ugandan forward George Abege is included.

“Finally we arrived at 9. It might go higher than nine because we are losing the services of some key players”.

“We have taken a national under 23 goalkeeper Kwame Baah, Ampem Dacosta and Patrick Yeboah left back from Karela United, Justice Blay, Richard Arthur, Godfred Asiamah, Kelvin Andoh and others but the only foreigner as we speak now who is on the radar and has been registered and is going to play for Kotoko is George Abege but we have four other foreigners we are going to pick 2 from which the coach is going to”, Mr. George Amoako said.

The team has intensified their pre-season training at the Adako Jachie facility in a bid to adequately prepare before the start of CAF top tier competition.
