Osman Bukari bag 2 assists in KAA Gent’s 5-1 win against Beerschot

Ghanaian international Osman Bukari bagged 2 assists on Sunday afternoon to help his KAA Gent side to defeat Beerschot 5-1 in the Belgian Pro League.

Gent has struggled since the 2020/2021 football season in Belgium started and went into today’s home game against their matchday opponent looking for a win at all cost.

Following a good start to the game, Roman Yaremchuk netted a brace in the first 10 minutes of the game to hand KAA Gent a 2-goal lead.

While Laurent Depoitre assisted his first goal, new signing Osman Ibrahim teed him up for the second equalizer.

Later on the 29th minute, Laurent Depoitre got his name on the scoresheet to ensure his team went into the break with a healthy 3-goal lead.

After recess, Osman Bukari continued his fine form and assisted Laurent Depoitre for his second goal of the day a minute after the hour-mark.

With Matisse Samoise also scoring on the 79th minute, GAA Gent cruised to a 5-1 at the end of the 90 minutes with Ismaila Cheick Coulibaly netting the only consolation goal for Beerschot

On the Matchday, Osman Bukari lasted 74 minutes of the game before his place was taken by Matisse Samoise.
