Vincent Atinga scored a brace from the spot to reduce the deficit for the visitors.
After the game, James Francis asserted his outfit philosophy is to attack always and for that matter, not surprised they defeated Medeama.
“That’s our philosophy, we always want to attack and hopefully get the results” he said after the game.
Accra Lions are 6th on the league standings with 41 points after 27 matches into the season.
